Fee Schedule:

Initial Evaluation $125.00
50 minute session $90.00

I participate in many insurance plans, including BCBS, MHN, and TriCare. Co-pays or other fees are expected at the time of service, and can be made in cash, check, debit, or credit card. A sliding scale is available for the uninsured.

Hypnosis fees:

A habit cessation program includes an initial interview, a 60- 75 minute session, follow-up phone consultation and a CD for home study. $250.00

Pain management, relaxation, insomnia, relief from symptoms of IBS, migraine headaches, and other issues are $90 per one-hour session, include a CD of the work for home study.
